Suite was huge with cozy bed.

I enjoyed lovely breakfast, hotel's exceptionally nice and best possible location.

Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Ayia Napa. The room was huge with comfortable beds and sea views. The staff were really helpful and fairly friendly, directed me to the tourist sites in Ayia Napa.

The rooms with stunning view, a balcony and 2 bedrooms. Lovely breakfast with a lot of food, fairly friendly staff.

We just had our second stay at Kaliva Suites - Adults Only and we're still thrilled with this place! The beautiful Asian-inspired interiors are right on the beach and the smart home system adds a touch of luxury. The pool and sunbeds are lovely, creating a calm and quiet atmosphere. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main street of Ayia Napa, and the staff are incredibly friendly. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Convenient beachfront location, close to supermarkets and bus station. Prompt problem-solving by helpful staff, especially Lorraine. Asian-inspired interiors, smart home system, and relaxing pool area. Spacious apartment with stunning sea views from two balconies. Cozy atmosphere with limited number of rooms.

Location adjacent to Next to the beach, the Monastery and city centre, and Agia Napa. The food was savoury, the rooms were big and absolutely perfect.

The room at Kaliva Suites was awesome! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay - air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels was a nice touch too. I loved the cozy seating area where I could relax and watch my favorite shows. The private bathroom with a shower was clean and convenient. Plus, the sea view from the suite was absolutely stunning!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bathrobe provided in the suite. But hey, that's just my preference.

Appreciated a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room.

The staff were not very friendly, didn't expect that coming.

The location of this small hotel is perfect, right on the beach. The hotel itself is luxurious, with a wonderful view and a special ambiance. The staff members are super nice and the beach bar is a really nice place to relax and enjoy. The free brunches on the golden sandy beach were a highlight, with a great selection from the menu. We also loved the free sunbeds and umbrellas in the exclusive area. we had a fantastic stay and felt truly special at Kaliva Suites.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic visit to Ayia Napa, staying at a wonderful hotel. The location was brilliant, right on the beach and just a short walk from Ayia Napa main street. The staff were really friendly and made me feel welcome. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also provided sunbeds and direct access to the beach, which was a great bonus. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in Ayia Napa.

Rediscovered my inner athlete at the fitness center. Had to burn off all the delicious Mediterranean cuisine I devoured at the on-site restaurant. The only thing missing was a gold medal!

Lacking Lift

Had a great time during my Thanksgiving vacation! I loved the fact that the hotel's location was just a stone's throw away from the beach and had sunbeds and umbrellas included. the rooms were big and clean with a sea view balcony that made my stay very enjoyable. Another great aspect was the free car park, which made it easy to rent a car and explore the surrounding areas.

There were some negative aspects to the hotel that could be improved. The WiFi was slow and laggy at times, which was a bit frustrating.

We had an unforgettable experience staying at this hotel. The exclusive amenities such as the sauna, body scrub, and beauty treatments were luxurious and exceeded our expectations. The private facilities were exceptional and we had access to the beach, which offered stunning views of the ocean. The spa lounge was a great space to relax and unwind and the sun terrace and garden area were both beautiful places to enjoy the sun.

Although this hotel is outstanding, there was one minor issue that we faced. The in-room breakfast was not up to par with the other exquisite services.
